Tai Chi

Tai Chi has been called part martial art, part exercise program and part moving meditation.  It is classified as a soft style or internal martial art as it is a combination of martial arts movements with Qigong.


Qigong (pronounced "chee-gung") are internal energy building, Chi-energy circulation, breathing and stretching exercises.
